A. Poly-clay. Once sculpted, figures are baked in high temperature. The figures are not harmful towards humans and will not mold.
Q. How do I keep it clean?
A. Clay itself has water resistant properties. Stains on the figurine can be easily wiped off with soap or toothpaste. With proper care,
our product can last for a long time..
Q: What if the figure is damaged during shipping?
A: Contact us immediately if your figure was damaged upon receipt. Submit a photo of the damaged part and we will provide you with
return instructions and either replace the damaged part or send you
a new figure at no charge.
Q: Will the clay figure look like me in person?
A: As this is a 3D caricature dolly, we promise our customers a 80% resemblance to the photo supplied but not the real person as artists refers
to the photo to hand-make the dolly.
Q: Can I preview my figures before it is shipped out?
A: YES. Customers can preview each stage of the sculpting process. The head of the figure can be changed or modified at each stage until
the customer is fully satisfied.
Q: How to order:
A: Submit your photograph. You need to submit at least one photograph
with the front view of face. Other photos will help our designer create a
more accurate figurine.
Q: What is the size of figurines?
A: The figurines stands about 3-5 inches tall. Q: Is this figurine handmade ?
A: Each figurine is a piece of art, uniquely handmade by our professional craftsman.
Q: How long does it take to get a figurine done?
A: Every single set of figurine will require 7 days to complete. Upon completion, a series of strict quality control checks are carried out
before handing over to the packaging department for dispatch. Due to all
these quality checks, the amount of time needed for the delivery have to
be longer. However, these quality checks are necessary as we strive to
maintain the highest standard in our products. On average, collection can
be done approximately 15 working days from date of order.
Q: What type of photos should I submit?
A: At least 1 photo of the front view of your face. For more look-alike output, please upload left and right view as well.
Q: If order in bulk, will discount being given?
A: Our apologies! As each figurine is one and only in the world created by
our specially trained artists, we are unable to give discount due to the high
cost of production. However, we will be able to give discounted prices for
mass production of the same design for corporate purposes. Do contact our
staff for such arrangements.
