Should however special circumstances apply, a cancellation is possible and a restocking-fee of 10% will be deducted from your ordered items' value, the minimum fee being ¥1,000. Onlyfigure reserves the right to decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept a cancellation request or not.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. Customers who want to return a shipped order may refer to our return policies.
Free cancellations cannot be given for delayed release dates.

Q:Onlyfigure is legit?
A:Yes onlyfigure is a figure shopping site that you can trust completely. We are just a newly established site. And it may feel a little insecure for us to answer this question, but the trust of you anime fans is really important to us. It will be very good if every customer can leave a comment on the product, but you know, the year is 2024 and people are not interested in such things very much. We can advertise very well using influencers but people don't believe them anymore (in some cases we think they are right). Our best answer is to buy our cheapest product and try us. A : Your country custom office or postal service should get in touch with you very soon to explain the procedure on how to clear your package.
OnlyFigure can not be held responsible if your package returned if its custom clearance failed.
Q : My package is being returned to Japan without my consent, what should I do?
A : If your package tracking states “Returning to Sender”, please contact us at info@onlyfigure.com. Once the package returned to our premises, we will be able to know the official return reason (unclaimed package, unknown address..). Depending on that reason, we might be able to claim the original shipment cost refund.
However if the carrier was not deemed responsible for the trouble caused, we can not cover the return cost. Only the product cost can be refunded in the case of a returned package for which you wish not to be sent again. Thanks you for you understanding.

Q: Are the unboxed products second hand?
A: No, they are not second-hand products, we only unbox and ship products where the outer box of the figure was damaged during the delivery of the product to us.
Q: How can I be sure that unboxed figures are licensed and authentic?
A:All products you can see on Onlyfigure are licensed products. You can see the hinban code anywhere on the products you receive (most of the time on the bottom).
Q: What is the difference between unboxed figures and boxed figures?
A:Actually, there is no physical difference except for the box. But in terms of price, unboxed figures are more economical.
